Sow in rich potting soil: 60% organic compost, 20% coir or peat, and 20% coarse, sharp sand. Provide warm shade. A greenhouse covered by 60% shadecloth is perfect. Scarify lightly, sow anytime, and germination will occur between 6 months and 2 years.
