Grape variety: Saperavi 100%.
Origin: Kakheti winegrowing region.
Climate: Moderate continental.
Wine type: Red medium sweet.

Winification:
Grapes are hand picked at the optimum of their maturity. After soft destemming, the grapes are gently pressed and then fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature (28°C).When the fermenting juice reaches optimum sugar/acidity balance, fermentation is stopped by cooling, in order to retain the natural sweetness and freshness of the wine.


Tasting notes:
Dark pomegranate color wine with violet hue. This young wine has characteristic blackberry aroma and harmonious and pleasant taste.

Food matching:
Aperitif, sweet table.
