There are no good or bad people. There no good or bad things. There is intent and there is perspective. Anger and sadness are not bad, joy and comfort are not good. These are attachments. A punch is not always violence, it can be an act of communication. Swearing can be mean or endearing. All of it is life and having to experience it is a gift. If you cannot find a process in your life that liberates you from these dualities, you are in for a rough ride.
