" From 18:57, February 22 till 20:02, February 23 GMT there will be Shani Trayodashi – this is the special event when Trayodashi tithi falls on Saturday. This time is exceptionally auspicious for Upaayas for Shanaishchara – Graaha controlling Karma of humans. Upaayas conducted during this time will help to cope with different problems, diseases and other troubles. I recommend following simple Upaayas: fasting and drinking water as well as chanting Mantra “OM SHAM SHANASHCHARAAYA NAMAHA”; feeding crows; paying respect to elderly people; put some Uriddal in front of Shani Yantra or Murti."
