razhens jogas vakars - papildus ierastajam pozam iesaku jaunas, kuras noshpikoju kundilini jogas video.

(1) Surya Namaskar (sun salutation) - 20 reizes (ieskaitot Bhujangasana (cobra) un Adho Mukha Svanasana (downward dog) ipashi ilgak
(2) Prasarita Padottanasana (wide legged forward bend)
(3) Dandayamana yoga mudrasana (standing yoga seal)
(4) Trikonasana (triangle)
(5) Parsvakonasana (Extended Side Angle Pose)
(6) Pavirttra Trikonasana (Revolved triangle)
(7) Ardha Baddha Padmottanasana (half lotus forward fold)
(8) Utthita hasta padangusthasana (extended hand to toe)
(9) Padahastasana (forward bend)
(10) Spinal roll exercise
(11) Sarvangasana (shoulder stand)
(12) Halasana (plough posture)
(13) Karnapidasana (Pressure on the ears or fetus)
(14) Sethu Bandhasa (bridge)
(15) Matsyasana (fish posture)

nu nē, es jogu tikai 2dienās dabūju apmeklēt - mājās neko netaisu. tīri fiziskajam vēl ir dejas pirmdienās un ceturtdienās - zec õl!
