Swedish Democrat politician Kent Elfstrand has voluntarily left the Sweden Democrats in order to avoid damaging the party with his high-profile comments. Kent Elfstrand has for years written comments with serious racist content on Facebook.

Elfstrand also says that the Muslim view of women is incompatible with a civilized society. For him, women's value is important, he says.
