Esmu ievērojis, ka latvieši, it īpaši to var pamanīt video, audio medijos, lieto daudz partikulas. Intervētāji nereti sāk uzrunu ar "nu", tad turpina "nu, kā tad tas...". Vai arī bieži sastopamais "to" lietojums, "...kā jums sokas ar to šābrīža...". Kopumā klausoties, skatoties tas rada ikdienišķības, bet arī zināmu nevērības sajūtu, it kā viss būtu tikai 'starp citu'.
