IF these jabs do cause the vaccinated to become ill (with this ADE for example), then there is no way that this will be officially admitted. The un-vaxxed will get the blame - I am sure of that. As you note, it is already happening here. Most people on Ciba are quite happy to see a nascent apartheid state with digital scannable passes. Some, of course, are ready to blame us for their or their relatives' illness as well. I don't see why history - in all its remorseless predictability - would not repeat itself on this occasion.
