People who were told they were wearing “fake” designer sunglasses were significantly more likely to cheat on tests than ones told they were wearing “real” ones.
- We asked them if wearing fakes would get people to cheat more, they didn’t think it has an effect.
Researchers found that 60 percent of those who were wearing “counterfeit” glasses cheated,
while only 20 percent of those wearing “real” glasses cheated.
