Learning today:
Having someone watching my mistakes and understanding why i am making them and finding a way of correcting them accordingly. Having an inspirational teacher that shows the complicacies of the subject and treats us as if we could possibly master it. Failing. Failing many times. Being accepted and encouraged. Trying again, receiving a praise for that. Trying more playfully. Failing with slightly more style. Succeeding once. Receiving a praise. Trying again with more understanding and a memory of the one success embedded in the muscle memory. Repeating it all.
Accepting the pain now for the sake of the mastery in the long future.
Imagining myself as someone who has mastered the subject. Looking forward to it.
Getting watched and learned from when failing. Getting watched and celebrated when succeeding. And the other way round.
Watching others both failing, learning, succeeding, learning, etc.
Knowing there is the next time.
Knowing there is a lifetime for this too.
Taking a breath and doing. |

Iedod berimbau mazo pirkstiņu, paņems visu roku. Esmu jau samierinājusies, ka varu atvadīties no mazā rokas pirkstiņa jušanas spējām, bet nu komōn, roku man vajag gan, lai uz tàs var svaru kautkàdu atbalstît. |
