A: Most animals we eat have an underdeveloped prefrontal cortex. They do not have the capacity for complex cognitive functions or behaviors (i know this is true for chickens fish and cows at least, not sure about pigs but bacon is awesome). This makes them different from people.

B: I know some people that are like that… Should we eat them too?
