Esmu gatavs pieņemt, protams tavu variantu - tikai "atbrīvošana" angļu valodā nozīmē "release". Vai šinī gadījimā tad tas nozīmē šis nastas atbrīvošana (the burden the sate has of guaranteeing the restructuring/stability of the financial sector), nevis the release of part of the stability reserves? link Read Comments
