I had a lab representative tell me that the high-threshold PCR tests were pretty accurate because about 75% of +ve tests were positive on the second run, too. 75%! Not flipping a coin, but rolling a 4-sided dice. She didn't tell me how many of those that had yielded positive results twice, tested positive on a third run. Maybe 75%, too? Would be worth finding out, wouldn't it? |
