tad kad "nokauj ķirbi" daļu sacep krāsnī, tad sablenderē, liek kastītēs un sasaldē. Zupu taisot atliek tikai ielikt karstā buljonā + uzlabot ar kādu selerija kātu, burkānu, ingveru - un vualā zupa gatava.
