"So I took my little Miss's to a large Karate tournament she was competing in. I naturally came prepared, with the old F3 with motor Drive and F4 along with plenty of Tri-x. I brought various manual focus lenses and did my normal intruding OMG thats my dad photo session. During an intermission I was sitting down and was approached by a nice enough fellow who was curious on my gear. During a friendly discussion, he say's let me show you a real mans camera. A shiny new nikon D700 with about the crappiest third party lens around comes out of his bag. He spent a fortune on the body and didn't have enough cash to front for a decent lens I guess. So I pull out of my bag and say to him let me show you a real mans lens and I pull out my most expensive a fattest piece of glass, my Nikkor 200mm f2.0. As we are bantering back and forth in a friendly way, this little old lady turns around who was listening to our discussion and says gentleman, may I take your picture with your manhoods (talking about our gear) and pulls out her black Leica M9 with .95 Noctilux and snaps our picture and walks away smiling. Me and him talked about baseball from than. The funniest thing to happen to me in a long time and to show someones always got a bigger stick."
