11:10 - : vecas lietas "There's a good reason for all this ingestion of meat. It's called survival. Meat is a far superior source of important amino acids than plants and is required by the body. It's also high in vitamins A, E and B complex. Vitamin B12, while plentiful in meat, is not found in vegetable products. Red meat is loaded with iron that is easily absorbed, unlike the iron that is present in many plant sources."
viss jau, protams, būtu jauki un skaisti, bet cilvēki mūsdienās savā ēdienkartē iekļauj ne tikai gaļu, ogas un salātlapas. mums kafija ar cukuru, baltā mērce, pasta bolognese un, galu galā, piena produkti un olas. un ja jau gaļas nepieciešamība ir tik akūta - how come we're still alive?
upd. labiņi, tas autors tālāk tomēr saka apmēram to pašu, ko es. interesanta viņam pieeja grāmatas rakstīšanā, bet varbūt mums viena horoskopa zīme or something.
