) The tenant undertakes:
* to act in a neighbourly way with tolerance, courtesy and mutual respect;
* to keep the flat and communal areas scrupulously clean;
* to keep courtyards, landings, stairs and every other communal area clear from bicycles and other encumbering things which could get in the way;
* to prevent children from dirtying the walls, damaging the woods, the gardens and other facilities and to ensure they're not a nuisance to neighbours;
* if in possession of a car, to observe the traffic regulations, to drive slowly in the vicinity of buildings, and not to undertake dangerous manoeuvres or disturb others by honking;
* not to keep indoors animals;
* not to carry out in the flat industrial, commercial or other activities that might disturb others or damage the apartment or communal areas;
* not to store any materials which are inflammable, very heavy or dangerous in any way;
* not to display signs, boards, or other writing on the façade of the building, or place vases or flower boxes on terraces or balconies, unless in opposite containers which prevent falling or dripping;
* not to beat rugs or sheets outside the windows or on the balconies before 8 a.m. or after midnight, or throw refuse or rubbish in the ground, on the streets or on neighbouring buildings;
* not to hang out laundry on washing lines or obstruct in any other way stairs, courtyards, halls and other communal areas;
* not to leave taps on, or throw anything down the drains that could obstruct or damage the pipes in any way. Expenses for draining will be the tenant's charge;
* not to leave the main entrance door open, especially at night, leave rubbish there or anything else that might create a nuisance or otherwise get in the way;
* not to wash cars, erect tents or park campers in the ground or near the dwellings;
* not to build verandas, projecting roofs, sheds or other over terraces and balconies;
* not to make holes in the walls by putting in plastic, wooden or metal wedges or stick fittings or other on the walls, furniture, coatings of bathroom and kitchen;
* not to make holes in the ceramic tiles of floors, bathrooms and kitchens;
* not to move furniture, because particular modalities have been followed to assembly them;
* not to introduce electrical fixtures with high consumption of energy or change appliances and electrical wires in any way;
* not to modify the entrance doors of the flats;
* not to clean window-sills, balconies or terraces with caustic or acid substances;
* not to feed stray animals (dogs, cats, ...) in the vicinity of the buildings;
* not to install TV antenna (satellite antenna) outside the building.
It is expressly forbidden to move the existing furniture, fixtures and fittings in the flat.
It is also forbidden to cause any disturbance to others by shouting, singing or playing acoustic reproduction equipment or televisions at high volume, especially between 10 p.m. and 7.30 a.m.
2) A previous authorisation of ADMIN/C/5 is necessary:
* to install outdoors curtains
* to install a telephone in the flat.
