CELTIC FROST / BATHORY / HELLHAMMER / EMPEROR? - split CD - 199? [bootleg ("made in asshole of hell")]
One of THOSE bootlegs that came out in mid- till end of '90-ies when black metal became a big thing and especially its roots (unreleased or hard to find material) were stuff to cash in on! One of THOSE bootlegs where there is some good material, but it is too short and then "the compilators" hav added some FAKE material or information. Šis ieraksts ir viens no tiem "aizej tur nezin kur" ražotajiem bootlegiem, kad sākās black metal ziedu laiki un daudzi uz tā, īpaši uz pirmo oriģinālo black metal grupuy neizlaiztā materiāla, centās taisīt naudu. Draņķīga skaņa draņķīgs noformējums (parasti melnbalts) un bieži puse materiāla ir "viltots"....

Apakšnosaukums / Sub-titled: "Returning to the Purity of the Current."
Te nu pēdējais no šī seriāla, lai gan negribētos ticēt ka P. Christopherson to tā atstās tādēļ, ka arī šai remmiksētajai un remāsterotajai versijai ar pilnīgi jaunu bukletu ir visas tās pašas "skaņdarbu sadalīšanas" kļūdas kā iepriekšējām CD versijām.
Tad tik šoreiz gribētos ielikt oficiālo "disclaimer", kas šo nepasludina par Coil trešo albumu, bet par otro ar pusi:
"This release is not the follow-up to Horse Rotorvator... but a completely seperate package - a stopgap and a breathing space - the space between two twins. Presented here are thoroughbreds that escaped the Horse Rotorvator - discarded shards, distortions, disappointments, scrambled and disassembled stages. Remnants of what once was. This record is a chance for us to release some otherwise placeless pieces of music."
