We are looking for Customer Service Specialist to join our Samsung department.

Requirements:



· Positive attitude and excellent soft skills;

· Willingness to help and solve problems;

· Fluent Latvian, Russian and English language;

· Interest or experience in electronics preferred;

· Excellent communication skills, especially telephone manner;

· Good organizational skills.



Responsibilities and work:



· Answer on Customer Services related calls, e-mails and chats;

· Planning and organizing the working hours so that the tasks are done properly;

· Closely work together with Team Leader to find solutions for customer;

· Accuracy in data entry;

· Follow up of clients’ customer contacts.
