Galu galā - legāli jānocenzē/jānogriež internets. Ja to izvazā pa teliķi kā noziedzīgu hakeru un teroristu midzeni, tad nav problēmu atbrīvoties no pēdējā informācijas plūsmas bastiona. Visi cibiņi ir disidenti, teroristi.
