when you realize that you are a part of the infinite scope of life, that you are a participant of it all, and I mean literally ALL of it, from things we havent learned to see yet to things that we will never be able to grasp, there comes a sense of clarity which renders all that might have seemed mystical into very simple truths. All is laid bare and truth permeates all things and none seem alien anymore; nothing seems as something outside of you, or beyond you, because the ‘you’ has changed to include the all. And so if there is nothing alien, there is no place for the fear that our minds form from the formless black unknown which is the subconscious. So by knowing yourself you know all and are free of instinctive survival mode against your own darkness. There is no need for intellectual knowledge to understand this. Anyone regardless of their background or time that they come from can access this. there are no secrets of life or universal meanings that are ‘closed off’ behind symbols that you are ‘not supposed to understand yet’. such ideas come only from the ego.
