Dali litogrāfijām (1 no >1000 novilkumiem), lietišķajai mākslai un apgleznotajam porcelānam, protams, nav ne vainas - tas ir tas, kas tas ir. Tomēr vispārināti iedomīgais, mūsdienas noliedzošais izstādes teksts un jebkāda "privātkolekciju" konteksta neesamība izstāžu zālē rada nepatiku. Ja arī tas ir Avida Dollars, ar to sen vairs nepietiek.
There is no fault with the lithographs (from edition of >1000), applied art and porcelain, of course – it is what it is. Meanwhile, the overreaching vanity and the dislike for the here-and-now in the exhibition text, coupled with complete lack of context for the “private collections” is downright annoying. Avida Dollars it may be, but it is long since not good enough.
