Playing for the sheer pleasure of playing is the reason we've all been playing for so long. It's all well and good to be in a band and entertain people, but if it isn't just fucking fun for you to play (in your room, outside, wherever) then it won't last. You seem like the kind of dude who plays because he loves to play, so I'm guessing you'll still be playing after I'm 6 feet under. ;)
