kā redzams, manā gaumē nav mazas meitenītes ar lieliem stroķiem, comedy un school life žanrs,
kuru skatās tikai izmeklētākie nūģi, bet gan diezgan tumšas, brutālas action packed animes.

Sāksim ar klasiku:

Cowboy Bebop

In the not-too-distant future of 2071, Earth is a bit of a mess as a result of an accident testing a new transportation system,
and now nobody is left on it but folks to poor to get away. But, humanity has colonized and terraformed the rest of the solar system,
so things are going just fine. Taking advantage of the frontier spirit of the day, there is a new breed of bounty hunters,
known as Cowboys, living a loose life, traveling between worlds,
and hunting down the most wanted criminals for enough money to keep doing it.



Gungrave
Gungrave opens thirteen years after Brandon Heat is betrayed by his best friend Harry MacDowell.
He is reborn as Beyond The Grave, and begins a quest of revenge against the crime syndicate. The series then backtracks to Brandon's youth, and follows him and Harry as they rise through the criminal underworld, detailing the circumstances that led to their eventual falling-out.


Berserk
Berserk's setting is inspired by medieval Europe.
It centers around the life of Guts, an orphaned mercenary  warrior, and Griffith, the leader of a mercenary band called the Band of the Hawk . As he ages, Guts changes from a solitary boy into a man who realizes the value of camaraderie.
The story contains elements of both fantasy and horror, as it explores both the best and worst of human nature.
Both the manga and anime are noted for their heavy violence.


Samurai Champloo
The series is a cross-genre work of media, blending the action and samurai genres with elements of slapstick  comedy.
It is also a period piece, taking place during Japan's Edo period.


Claymore

In a world where humans coexist with sentient monsters called Yoma
that feed on human innards, an organization has created an order of half-human,
half-yoma warriors to protect humans from the yoma, for a large fee.
The people of this world have dubbed these warriors "Claymores" based on their swords



Trigun
Known for its Space Western theme, Trigun is about a man named "Vash the Stampede"
 and the two Bernardelli Insurance Society employees who follow him around in order to minimize the damages inevitably caused by his appearance.
Most of the damage attributed to Vash is actually caused by bounty hunters in pursuit of the "60,000,000,000$$" (sixty billion "double dollars") bounty on Vash's head for the destruction of the city of July.



Hellsing&Hellsing Ultimatum (OAV ir krutāks)
Hellsing follows the antiheroic vampire, Alucard employed by the vampire-extermination group of England, the Hellsing Organization.


Elfen Lied

Elfen Lied revolves around the interactions, views, emotions, and discrimination between humans and the Diclonius,
a mutant species similar to humans in build but distinguishable by two horns on their head and "vectors",
 transparent telekinetically controlled arms that have the power to manipulate and cut objects within their reach.
The series is centered around the teenage Diclonius girl "Lucy" who was rejected by humans and subsequently wreaks a murderous vengeance upon them.

Ergo proxy

The story begins in a futuristic domed city called Romdo, built to protect its citizens after a global ecological disaster.
In this utopia, humans and AutoReivs (androids) coexist peacefully under a total management system.
A series of murders committed by robots and AutoReivs infected with the Cogito virus
 (which causes them to become self-aware) begins to threaten the delicate balance of Romdo's social order.


Death note
Light Yagami is an intelligent young man who resents what appears to be a relentless increase of crime and corruption in the world around him.
His life undergoes a drastic change when he discovers a mysterious notebook, known as the "Death Note", lying on the ground.
The Death Note's instructions claim that if a human's name is written within it, that person shall die.
Light is initially skeptical of the notebook's authenticity, but after experimenting with it, he realizes that the Death Note is real.
