Chai

Masala Chai tēja


Četrām tējas krūzēm vajadzēs:
  • 1 litru sojas vai parastā piena
  • 7 zaļā kardamona sēklas
  • 7krustnagliņas
  • 2 kvadrātcentimetrus kanēļa standziņas
  • 1 ēdamkaroti melno graudu piparu
  • svaigu, rīvētu ingveru 3 kastaņu lielumā
  • 1 ēdamkaroti stipras melnās tējas
  • pāris tējkarotes cukura
  • glāzi ūdens
Visas garšvielas, izņemot ingveru, ātri apcep sausā kastrolī, līdz tās sāk smaržot. Tad pielēj glāzi siltā ūdens, pieliek ingveru. Vāra 15min. Pielej pienu, pieber melno tēju, dažas ēdamkarotes cukura (var pielikt medu). Visu vēlreiz uzvāra, noņem no  uguns. Tējai ļauj 10 minūtes pastāvēt, tad izkāš caur sietiņu.
