blocked energy-and the desire to feel release-is the source of all addictions. dont try to manage the addictions.
instead, clear the obstructions.
growing up i was incredibly sporty, it was paradise for me, the only time i could ever live in the NOW, forget about everything else and concentrate on the moment was playing a game, embracing the fun and excitement.
i gave it all up when i started smoking
and now im slowly returning to those roots, paying the price for damaging my lungs, brain and heart, because well, karma always catches up.
to those on a similar path to me
one day we'll all be together, until then i'm ready for whatever. |
