Īsti neatceros, kas bija galvenais pamudinājums, ieskatīties šajā grāmatā (ļoti iespējams tas bija augstais vērtējums un grāmatas noformējums, kuram nebūtu jābūt nekādas nozīmes, bet reizēm tas piesaista uzmanību). Grāmata šķita mazliet līdzīga The Female of the Species by Mindy McGinnis ne tikai galvenās varones vecuma, bet arī mazpilsētas nozieguma daļas dēļ. Neprotu izskaidrot, kā tas tika panākts vai tās bija tikai manas sajūtas, bet  zinot par noziegumu, par kuru tiek pastāstīts ļoti agri grāmatā un tās nosakumu, visu lasīšanas laiku pavadīja sajūta ... how fucked up this is going to be?... un īpatnēja trauksme. Tomēr ne psiholoģiski, ne emocionāli tā nebija izaicinoša. Ieteiktu tiem, kam patīk sekot līdzi noziegumu atklāšanai un nelielai ģimenes drāmai.
