nav nekāds nieks mācēt mest ukemi (kūleni) stāvus, ar rokām sakrustotām uz krūtīm! piepūsties pilnai ar gaisu, aizripot kā balonam un pieceļoties izpūsties tukšai. vareni, man šķiet.
dažas ķermeņa daļas pēc šī visa ir sāpīgas, bet tas sīkums.
