Es jau kādreiz minēju, ka man ir apsēstība ar ēdienu blogiem. Receptes, skaisti sabildēts ēdiens, foodporn, tas viss mani vilina, un es aizvadu stundas pie sava laptopa, skatoties uz šādām lapām. Šodienas atradums, kas ļoti, ļoti īpašs, daiļš un oriģināls - The Forest Feast.
After working as a food photographer for many years in New York City, Erin Gleeson moved to a cabin in the woods in Northern California in the Fall of 2011. Inspired by local, seasonal ingredients in her weekly CSA box, she has created a series of “photographic recipe illustrations” that are mostly vegetarian and laid out visually. The goal is to eventually create a Forest Feast Cookbook.
