Here we demonstrate that incorporation of N¹-methylpseudouridine into mRNA results in +1 ribosomal frameshifting in vitro and that cellular immunity in mice and humans to +1 frameshifted products from BNT162b2 vaccine mRNA translation occurs after vaccination.
it is conceivable that other mistranslation events (such as leaky scanning) could also contribute to T cell responses to +1 frameshifted peptide antigens.
These findings are of particular importance to our fundamental understanding of how ribonucleotide modification affects mRNA translation, and for designing and optimizing future mRNA-based therapeutics to avoid mistranslation events that may decrease efficacy or increase toxicity.

Well .. pseudouridine is known to carry a risk of precisely this event happening.
Fortunately, we are protected by our drug regulators, who knew all this when they approved these drugs.

Skaties kā man vienreiz gadījās, karoče:Man tur viena ķolka piepisās, publiski rokas lika uz manām rokām. Tas bija ļoti nepatīkami. Viņa ar druškām par mani runāja, kas ir, like, pretīgi or whatever. Nu vot. Es neko nevarēju padarīt. Nu vot, tad citreiz es aizpisu pie viņas uz mājām un viņa iebāza manu roku sev biksēs. Riebīgā kuņa, bļe. Nākamreiz pie manis viņa aiztika manu pimpi. Sarkanās līnijas tika pārkāptas, un ar to arī mūsu koalīcija izjuka. Es ķipa domāju, ka moš tur kaut kas būs, kaut kādi benefiti, gribēju eksplorēt jaunībā. Bet izrādījās boring. Oh well. Tagad retrospektā, ja viņa nebūtu populāra, es droši vien to norakstītu kā prastu un ģeneriski traumatisku Imantas podjezdu pupu spaidīšanu un sūkšanos, bet dotajā situācijā gribas eksplorēt me too benefitus. Vot tā. Moš kas sanāks, moš nē. Mēģināts nav zaudēts, kā toreiz ar to pimpja aiztikšanu, tpu ka tevi.
