As promised a few more photo's of my daughters house.
She lives in Eastbourne in East Sussex.
Within 5 km there are several very large supermarkets, and schools are within 3 km.
There are houses very like this for rent in many towns in England and the average cost in the South East of England, the most expensive area houses like this are around £600 per month.
Utilities are extra to this of course.
These houses are around 120/140 M2 on 2 floors with a small garden.
