"So, we are on the top of Wenceslav Square, the heart of Prague. In the upper side of Wenceslas Square you can see three buildings. One building is the National Museum, the next is this building, the former Federal Parliament and the next one is the former Smetana Theater, now called the State Opera. So these three buildings on the top of Wenceslas Square go in order: museum, parliament, theater. And this gave rise to a sad joke: "Do you know what a parliament is?" The answer is "Parliament is something between a museum and a theater." For our special circumstances, I believe this joke is valid only in Prague, not in other countries, right?"
