šim es reiz tiku sagatavojis DIY.
tur gan nav pieminēts, ka vietu, kur dur, jādezinficē.
un dur ātri, ar cirtienu, un uzreiz slidini adatu dziļumā - daudz mazāk sāpīgi, nekā lēnām darot. var teikt, nesāp.
