It's been a long day. Woke up earlier to make some notes. That was a mistake # one. Mistake # too was that I gave in for chocolate. It was 72% of a kind, but still. It ruined my healthier choice of salad dressing. At least I was strong enough to pass on the birthday cake that was left at the kitchen for everyone. Monday I will be on my own with the calls. Time to prepare battle plans. Hope to salvage some energy for that.
