    Vakar pirmo reizi tapu cienaata ar ssaadu izcilu eedienu, lloti izsmalcinaats un vienkaarss


    spaghetti cacio e pepe for 5


    Half kg spaghetti
    120 grams romano (pecorino romano)
    60 grams parmigiano reggiano
    one organic lemon rind grated only the yellow part
    30 grams black pepper broken with pestle
    4 spoons of extra virgin olive oil
    a cup of the boiling water


    let boil the spaghetti for the time written on the packet in plenty of hot boiling water (put in salt only when already boiling)
    drain it
    put it in a big bowl with oil and mix, then pour gradually in the mixture of romano and parmigiano reggiano with the coarsely grinded pepper and the lemon rind and add the hot water you saved in a cup
    eat it hot!
