What is an e-ticket?
E-ticket – is an electronic version of the traditional paper ticket. All booking and travel information is stored in electronic form in carrier’s reservation database. As a confirmation of purchasing an e-ticket the company gives you an itinerary receipt. The itinerary receipt contains all the travel information that is used to be placed on a paper ticket.
