I've got a slow metabolism!- Sorry. again this ones not going to wash with me! I once visited the Dachau concentration camp in Germany were there are hundreds of pictures of prisoners that had been starved and were close to death due to their appalling treatment at the hands of the Germans. I have to say, I didn't see any fat prisoners amongst them who had a slow metabolism. This, in my mind proves the point that being fat is down to shoveling in too much food. |
