Vairāk kā 2000 feministu akadēmiķu paraksta vēstuli pret Augstākās tiesas spriedumu.

Feminism teaches us that our body does not determine our destiny, and nor should legislation, policies, or society's expectations.
When the Supreme Court ‘clarifies’ (cf. Supreme Court, 2025, pg. 76) what a woman ‘is’ they enforce the idea that all women need to conform to a singular, racialised and ableist model of femininity.
For centuries, women have fought for the right to do, wear and be what they want to be. It is essentialist and patriarchal to assert that body, genes, chromosomes and reproductive capacity make women (or men)
Es centīšos īsi. Definīcija woman=human female nav normatīva, tā nesaka pilnīgi neko par to, kas sievietei būtu jādara. Izdomāt, ka, lai aizbēgtu no tādiem uzskatiem kā 'sievietei ir obligāti jādzemdē', mums ir jānoliedz, ka sieviete vispār ir bioloģiska būtne, ir absurds.
Tas, ka vīriešu un sieviešu ķermeņus veido gēni, hromosomas un spēja reproducēties nav patriarhāts, tā ir bioloģija ffs.
Vienīgais, ko šī vēstule demonstrē ir tas, cik dziļā ideoloģiskajā muklājā grimst intersekcionālais feminisms un tas tiešām nav pelnījis būt ņemams par pilnu pat ne uz vienu sekundi. Visi tie doktora grādi parakstos nav pilnīgi nekā vērti.
