| 10:30a | Atelier Neue Typeface | 2013 Atelier Neue is the second official typeface crafted by Samuel Mensah. Atelier Neue is a contemporary sans-serif typeface inspired by blending the fluidity and rigidity of postmodern typefaces. This was created with bespoke contemporary vision in mind. It pays homage to the seminal typefaces such as Neuzit, Nobel and Futura. Inspired by French Vernacular typography with the minimal simplicity of modern German based typefaces. Hence the name Atelier Neue which literally translates to ?New Workshop?. With a distinctive feel of elegance and geometric sans the aesthetics have proven to work well with most layouts and contexts. | 6:30p | Nike+ Run This Town  To engage and activate the Nike+ running community, we created a seasonal campaign that allowed runners to compete with each other via Twitter and Facebook. 'Run This Town' is a Nike+ mission where runners hashtag their Nike+ run based on location. By using #newyork or #paris when sharing your run to Facebook and Twitter, you automatically log the miles and start competing. A leaderboard on nike.com allowed runners to check their standing and compare their progress with their friends. Personalized social badges were distributed to runners via Nike's Twitter account as they completed certain achievements along the way. The hero image was created using greyscalegorilla's citykit for Cinema4D. Design team: Rasmus Wangelin, Adam Boyette & Kristine Salm.
