In your entry for June 31st, you stated, "I had a great time at russpoker.com. The site is well run, the deposit bonuses are excellent, and the players are appropriately fishy."

If you do not remove this post, your links to online gambling sites such as russpoker.com, and all mentions of online poker and other online (or Internet) gambling, you will be in violation of RCW 9.46.240 and/or RCW 9A.20.021. This is a Class C Felony punishable by a significant fine and up to ten years imprisonment.

If only the above were a joke. It's not. According to this column in the Seattle Times, Washington has asked for a cease and desist order against a website for exactly the sort of posts as above. The website owner took down his website.
