Priapiskais rūķu pārītis, iespējams, ir smalkākā asociācija šai izstādē – pārējais ir visnotaļ paredzami (no psihoanalītiskās kritikas kodu skatpunkta). Darbi ir pārāk parasti, lai izsauktu nepieciešamību pēc pašanalīzes – teju liekas, ka psihoterapeita pasargājošais un leģitimējošais komentārs skrien tālāk par tiem. Vienlaikus, nav šaubu, ka Latvijas vadošie provinciāļi ar nesatricināmu pārliecību šo izstādi ierakstīs Kristiana Brektes “slimības vēsturē”.

The priapic pair of gnomes is perhaps the most refined association in this exhibition – the rest is rather underwhelming (looking from the perspective of psychoanalytical codes). The works seem much too ordinary to necessitate self-analysis – it almost appears that the psychotherapist’s text, protecting and legitimating as it is, runs well ahead of them. Still, there can be little doubt that the leading Latvian philistines will unflinchingly include this in the ever-growing medical history of Kristians Brekte.
