Varētu šo dēvēt par Obriju Bīrdsliju 21.gadsimtam, ja vien tēlos farsa un kiča proporcija nešķistu pavisam greiza. Avīždruku atgādinošā faktūra darbos izmantota dekoratīvi, bet nepienes nekādu dziļumu.

One might call this Aubrey Beardsley for the 21st century, if only the mixture of farce and kitsch did not seem so totally wrong. The newsprint motif in several works is used purely decoratively without any added depth.

ja tas viss būtu nevis uzgleznots, bet izausts un izšūts, tā būtu tīra "sieviešu māksla". Daudz dažādas patstāvīgi attīstāmas, bet izstādē ne pārāk attīstītas tēmas (reliģija, sievietība, ģimene, nacionālā un vienkārši identitāte, valoda, glezniecības ars) vienkopus, kas atstāj "ēd-lūdzies-mīli" tipa lubenīgu pēcgaršu.

It could be pure 'women art' if the artist would have chosen to weave and embroider her 'paintings'. Numerous threads that could have been developed self-sufficiently (like religion, womanhood, family matters, (national)identity, language, craftmanship of painting etc.) here are put all together leaving the pulpy 'eat-pray-love' type of aftertaste.
