Crystal Castles are a Toronto-based band, described by Pitchfork as an “8-bit terror duo” consisting of multi-instrumentalist Ethan Fawn and vocalist Alice. Their self-titled debut album will be released in february 2008 on Last Gang Records. Crystal Castles are known not only for their own efforts as a band, but also because Fawn has remixed songs by a number of other groups, including “Leni” by GoodBooks, “Hunting for Witches” by Bloc Party, and “Atlantis to Interzone” by fellow friends and label mates Klaxons. |
