i can brag. in 1997, when i lived 4 months in uk, my english was way much worse. anyway, i got nothing to do in evenings. thanks God, and save us from digital abyss, there was no cells or tabs. so i was drawing or writing. with no purpose i lit up on writing humorous, absurd story. short story, and using brick size vocabulary for words i dont know (most of them). yeas, man. i took from latvia, even not knowing where i will stay, 2! real bricks – eng > lat (35k words), and lat > eng (50k words). hobo style living, i was carrying that all on my back, in huge backpack, among all other stuff. later, i re-read it, corrected, and eventually was happy with text. i gave it to read it to one portugese mate next door. he likes jokes too. in my very poor english that time, wroten sketch, was half a minute confussion in his eyes. then laughter exploded, and slowly settled down. she asked me, if he can keep it. i was so glad, just of it, he like that i made just to entertain myself i long evening.
