Spinning Chilli Tequila
Ingredients
One bottle of tequila
Approximately 3 whole bird eye chillies
Method
Cut stalks off the chillies and discard.
Add whole chillies to bottle of tequila (you will need to pour some of the liquid out first).
Ensure lid is firmly closed, leave for about a week in a cool dry place and enjoy. As the chillies loose their colour, the drink becomes fiery hot.
