TA church bingo hall in Brooklyn fills to capacity on a Friday night. Parents and children adjust plastic chairs around a ring to see series of matches of the Metropolis Wrestling Federation. Boy Scout Troop #996 sponsored the event and sold hamburgers $1.50. The air was thick with greasy smoke, tension and the excitement that only professional wrestling can bring.
