Paturpinot iepriekšējo domu, varam arī apgalvot:
Software development is a soft skill

Precīzāk situāciju apraksta iepriekšējais salīdzinājums - programmatūras izstrāde ir (pārsvarā) divergent, not convergent.

Bet varam uz to paskatīties arī tā:
- Hard skills. Technical, follow instructions, reach perfect goal.
- Soft skills. Notice subtle nuances in the environment and adapt. No single solution can be applied to multiple scenarios.

Protams, ne viss ir melns un balts.

Divergent thinking is rare. Convergent thinking can be seen everywhere.
And the (mostly) convergent thinkers can't be reasonably expected to understand the conclusions of (mostly) divergent thinkers.

(Šobrīd pat nezinu, kā to sakarīgi uzrakstīt latviski. Varbūt sākt rakstīt tikai angliski?)

Kontekstam - jauks raksts par tēmu.
Ievadversija zemāk.
