• Mērķis: atbrīvotes no mentāliem atkritumiem - nejaušām vai uzmācīgām domām, ilgstošiem aizvainojumiem un citām atkarībām, iegūstot telpu skaidrai domāšanai un jaunai pieredzei.
  
  Metode: logu tīrītāji.
  
  Soļi: katrreiz, kad prātā vai iztēlē rodas nevēlamā doma vai iegriba, iztēlē projicējam to uz priekšu, it kā tā būtu netīrumi uz automašīnas vējstikla. Ieslēdzam logu tīrītājus, un iedomātais stikls priekšā atkal ir skaidrs un tīrs.
