Speaking foreign languages is like drugs to me.
I get to speak once in a day and for the next two I keep thinking in another language.

What in the world is "demonstration of continued confidence" ????????
Now, I know that international standards are not meant for normal people to read and contemplate, and that the language in there is so obsolete and typical of an otherwise non-existing text style that it can only be written not read, and I can even find what those words mean separately, but then again a question arises: WHY WOULD ANYONE PUT THEM TOGETHER???
