Why doesn´t anyone ever think about the feelings of piles?

Indeed, look for a phrase like 'bored piles' in Google - all you will find will concern building foundations, or support structures, and who is going to think about the psychological condition of the piles? Why do we presuppose that a pile can be bored in only one, technical, meaning?

Oh, well, I guess it's just the same issue as with the drawings in toilets...
